June 15 marks the start of the first Digital Sales Bootcamp, the digital training course for the and consultants of the future organized by Italiaonline Academy, the Corporate University of Italy’s largest internet company, in collaboration with POLIMI Graduate School of Management of the Politecnico di Milano.
The goal of the Digital Sales Bootcamp is to ensure the acquisition of advanced digital skills, in order to become a digital sales account, a key figure in supporting the digitization of small and medium-sized Italian companies, which an increasingly evolved, informed and demanding clientele is confronting with the need for effective and efficient management of their online presence.
The course, lasting one year and completely free of charge, has been designed ad hoc to transmit the most useful digital skills in the working world, guaranteed by the professionalism of a training center of international excellence such as POLIMI Graduate School of Management, together with Italiaonline.
Among the main topics that will be deepened: communication and sales techniques, digital marketing and advertising, reference market and tools to support the activity of digital consultant.
The Digital Sales Bootcamp will be aimed at 150 “under 30” graduates or diploma holders with a strong interest in digital and the world of sales. It consists of an educational experience of about 2 months, in both online and in-person modes, followed by 4 months of on-the-job training: a paid internship with shadowing and intercompany visits.
In the second six months, placement in Italiaonline will be completed, among open positions throughout Italy, with the opening of a VAT number and employment in areas close to one’s place of residence,
At the end of the twelve months, there will be the milestone: a certificate of participation from POLIMI Graduate School of Management for the training path, following the presentation of a final Project Work by the Digital Sales Bootcamp people.
From the second year, the career path as a Digital sales account within the sales structure of Italiaonline will continue with the assignment of a portfolio of clients and certified leads. There will also be a continuing education program by the Italiaonline Academy, the in-house corporate university.
